FAQs : Answers

1.Why can't I find the point-of-sale materials I need?
This is a fairly new resource for shelftalkers, case cards, bottle neckers, and other point-of-sale (POS) materials. We are adding new POS materials every day, but not every wine, liquor, and beer supplier provides these items as downloadable files. If you need point-of-sale from a specific supplier, contact them and tell them about downloadpos.com.

2.When will you have shelf talkers for XXXX brand?
Each supplier is responsible for their own point-of-sale, and we have no control over when or if a particular winery, brewery, or distillery creates POS materials. However, if you sign up for the DownloadPOS newsletter, you will receive updates via email detailing the latest shelf talkers, case cards, bottle neckers, and other materials that are available.

3.How much do you charge to download point-of-sale materials?
All shelftalkers, case cards, bottle neckers, fact sheets, and other point-of-sale materials are free of charge to download.

4.What is a PDF?
PDF is the acronym for Portable Document Format. PDFs are quick to download and easy to print, and can be viewed using a free PDF viewer such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. Visit www.acrobat.com to download.

5.Why do you only have PDFs?
PDFs that are correctly created can be printed at high resolutions, yet are small in file size (and therefore quick to download), and can be viewed by anyone using a freely distributed PDF viewer such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.

6.Why do you keep old shelftalkers on the site?
Wine shelftalkers are often kept online beyond their vintage date for the simple reason that someone, somewhere, may still need it. Because many wines are available multiple vintages at retail stores throughout the world, we like to keep a few years' worth of archives.

7.I am a supplier. How do I get my shelf talkers and other POS materials on this site?
Please visit the Post Your POS page or if you are a distributor, importer, winery, distillery / liquor house, or brewery and would like to provide downloadable point-of-sale materials on DownloadPOS.com.

8.I am a supplier but do not have downloadable point-of-sale materials yet. Can you create them for me?
If you would like downloadable shelf talkers, case cards, bottle neckers, fact sheets, or other POS materials created, we suggest you visit the website of our featured partner, Shelf2Sale, at www.shelf2sale.com or contact them at sales@shelf2sale.com. Shelf2Sale is the leading provider of downloadable point-of-sale materials specific to the beverage alcohol industry.

9.I am NOT a supplier, but I have/found point-of-sale that should be here. What can I do to get it posted?
immediately and we will do our best to get the POS added to the site. As we appreciate your help, you may even receive a free gift for your efforts.

10.Why should I sign up for updates?
The DownloadPOS newsletter will alert you when new shelf talkers, case cards, and other point-of-sale materials are added to the site.
